All Apologies

What else should I write? I don’t have the right.

Hello everyone! I am back! I have been gone for quite a while but I apologize, and I am looking forward to getting back to writing. Lately things have been stressful with figuring a bunch of personal things out and making arrangements in a new place across the country — I have been stressed but I have missed writing. Rather than leave the explanation there, I also want to talk a bit about why I find writing on Medium to both be appealing and challenging.

The appeal of Medium to me is quite substantial. I am a writer by trade, confused by speech and eternally bound to my keyboard. Writing is certainly something I have enjoyed for most of my life, as are of course the things that I write about. I often get excited when thinking about sharing ideas, and I also really enjoy a lot of my reader’s. Most of my readers have always been incredibly nice to me, and I certainly appreciate that! In a way, I have no idea what I would do without Medium and I often take this for granted. This is a platform that has allowed me to connect to so many people, share the work I care about, and make my little stain on our culture. For giving me such a platform, I thank my audience.
