COAXED INTO BEING TRANSGENDER

Silly. I'm intersex, and when I was born I was " surgically corrected" to fit the social structure of man or woman. To imply that somehow this is a natural structure is completely ridiculous. If this is a natural structure, then how come I am represented by a gender instead of a sex? How come I'm not intersex on my ID, but a woman?

People are COAXED into fitting their social roles, no matter what. Telling a little boy " you can't wear that, because you're not a boy I will force you to wear that" is just as much of indoctrination as telling a boy " you are transgender, and you must wear a dress" you are still controlling what the child can and cannot wear.

Explain to me why 5 people; 2 parents, an endocrinologist, a therapist, and a psychiatrist, who are usually ALL cisgender, have all somehow unanimously agreed to coax a child into being a different gender. The argument is just silly. If you forced someone to be transgender, it is the exact same as forcing them to be cisgender.

What do you think they're doing to children?? They don't do very much " transition-wise" to teenagers. Anti-androgens (hormone blockers) might be provided at age 11 (to avoid a male puberty, which is detrimental to the woman identity because there is a drawn congruency towards those features and female body parts) , and estradiol might be prescribed after age 16.

Yeah, nice try. It's a made up issue. You're just trying to believe there is a problem because you don't like transgender people.

XXY intersex people, people who are often surgically corrected at birth to fit social bounds of man or woman, have no say in the manner, and are mutilated without their consent as an infant. Approximately 2 percent of the U.S. population is intersex. Approximately 1.5 percent of the U.S. population is transgender.

There are MORE intersex people than transgender people. So, there are far more children being mutilated AT BIRTH to fit our gender standards than there are children taking medications as teenagers to have more features of the opposite sex. So why aren't you concerned about the intersex people? How come the, much larger portion of the population having these surgeries non-electively is non of your concern, but children who feel they are not their assigned gender, and as a result take testosterone blockers as teenagers who are 1.5 percent of people are your concern?

If you actually cared about mutilating children, you would probably be against the thing that actually mutilates children -- not just children, but infants. You don't. You're just trying to grasp at any straw you can to " object to trans people" so stop pretending. It's almost worse that you pretend there is some " above the world reason" why you care, there isn't.
