Oh, this is because the Router is a feature of Lathe Gingerbread, which is currently on the Unstable branch. You can either jump into the Pkg repl and
pkg> add Lathe#Unstable

( press ] in the Julia REPL to open the Pkg REPL )

Or you can of course just comment out the Router portion of the imports.
