Perhaps that would be more accurate, however in my story I referred to it once or twice as “ Jupyter SH,” this was intentional as Jupyter for me is installed via an sh script. If I go into my terminal and type “ conda” I get back “ Command not found.” However, typing jupyter notebook will initiate the experience you described. I’m not exactly sure how you would go about this installation on Windows, but other than using the binaries for Linux, you can also use Snap to install Jupyter to produce a similar result, but I’ve found that the snap version is particularly unusable, just like most applications on the Snap store.
