With an initial Julia installation, you could either install your dependencies and use them offline, or even put them in your ~/.julia/packages folder on Linux. But yes, you have a point, eventually the packages will be there, and I’m excited for that. You can also download the Julia binaries as well as the source for all modules from Github.
